Funded through the Chief Scientist’s Office, Health Innovation South East Scotland (HISES) forms part of national network created to deliver the Scottish Government’s vision to utilise the innovation process to deliver a healthier and wealthier nation for the future.
Formed through a collaboration of three NHS Boards — Borders, Fife and Lothian, with the latter taking on the role of lead host Board, HISES has a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to the health and social challenges, both regionally and nationally. Need to contact us?
Care Home Data Platform SBRI Foundation Challenge Competition Now Open!
On 16th December 2020, a new SBRI competition opened inviting companies to assess if currently collected data on residents by care homes, can provide a holistic digital picture of a resident’s health, wellbeing and care needs. Organisations can apply for a share of £100,000 inclusive of VAT in Phase 1 of this Care Home Data Platform Innovation Foundation Challenge. The contract notice is published via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal. An excellent promotional video which clearly sets out the Challenge and innovation opportunity is available on our website.
